I am a Finance and Energy Professional with a strong background in accounting, financial management, renewable energy, and climate action. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, am pursuing a Master's degree in Energy Economics and Governance, and am a CPA Level II candidate. My professional experience includes financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and project finance across the energy and development sectors. Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about youth empowerment and sustainable development. As the Executive Director of Green Gate Youth Organization (GGYO), I have led initiatives that promote climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, environmental conservation, entrepreneurship, and leadership among young people. I enjoy working with diverse teams to develop practical solutions that create positive social, economic, and environmental impact. As a mentor, I aim to support mentees in building confidence, developing leadership and professional skills, making informed career decisions, and identifying opportunities for personal and career growth. I can also provide guidance on financial management, project development, climate and energy careers, scholarship and fellowship applications, and professional networking. My goal is to empower young people to unlock their potential, embrace continuous learning, and become ethical, innovative leaders who contribute meaningfully to their communities and beyond.

Impact & Achievements

Throughout my career and community leadership, I have contributed to initiatives that promote youth empowerment, climate action, renewable energy, and sustainable livelihoods. As Executive Director of Green Gate Youth Organization (GGYO), I have led environmental conservation programmes that have planted over 6,000 trees, conducted community clean-up campaigns, and delivered climate and environmental education to more than 1,500 young people and community members across Eastern Uganda. I have supported youth-led enterprises through training in renewable energy, briquette production, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Professionally, I have strengthened financial management, budgeting, compliance, and reporting systems within organizations, contributing to improved accountability and operational efficiency. I have also been selected for several competitive regional and international leadership and climate programmes, where I have presented research and collaborated with diverse professionals to advance sustainable development. These experiences have strengthened my ability to mentor young people, support innovative ideas, and drive meaningful social and environmental impact.
